2What we access from your eBay account

When you authorize this application, we access the following information from your eBay seller account on a read-only basis:

• Payment policies configured for your eBay listings
• Fulfillment and shipping policies configured for your eBay listings
• Return policies

We access these policy settings only to display them for your review. This connection does not create or modify listings or policies, and does not access your bank account or payment card credentials.

3How we use this information

The information is used solely for the purpose described above. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

4Data storage

You sign in directly on eBay; HomeLume does not receive or store your eBay password. After you confirm the verified account, HomeLume stores the Sandbox refresh token encrypted on the Windows device running HomeLume using Windows DPAPI. It is not stored on HomeLume web servers. Short-lived access tokens are held in the HomeLume process memory. Policy settings are retrieved on demand for display and are not saved to a HomeLume remote server.

5Sharing with third parties

Cloudflare provides hosting for this privacy page and the HTTPS Worker that relays the eBay authorization callback to the HomeLume app running on your device. Cloudflare processes the callback request and connection metadata to provide that service. Worker logs and traces are disabled in our current configuration. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also enabled on the public privacy page at https://ebay-privacy.larmi.xyz to measure page-load performance. The analytics collects timing metrics for the page; the privacy page does not contain eBay policy data or OAuth tokens. We do not sell eBay policy data or use it for advertising.

6Revoking access & requesting deletion

You can revoke this application's access at any time in your eBay account settings (Account → Authorized Applications / Third-party access).
